I am originally from the Republic of Panama where in 2004 I obtained my B.S. degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the Technological University of Panama.  I obtained my M.S. (2007) and PhD (2015) in Electrical and Computing Engineering at the University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ, USA.  I have 4-year's experience in photovoltaic panel R&D and holographic optical development.  
Recent achievements include a dispersive holographic spectrum splitting system to use photon management to surpass the Shockley Queissar efficiency limit of single band-gap photovoltaic systems, co-invented a system for the roll-to-roll fabrication of transmission holograms for a production environment. His research interests include applications of holographic and diffractive optical elements and the development of new photosensitive substrates. Currently, I am the Holography Group Leader at Luminit overseeing a dynamic portfolio of holographic R&D projects and transition to manufacturing of transparent holographic components (THC).
